As a marketer, one of the most common distinctions that we talk about is B2B versus B2C.

However, I would say it’s one of the most confusing definitions we have created. Forget B2B and B2C. Today we are all in the business of P2P, it’s all people to people.

Every business is made of real people with real emotions. People with hopes, fears and dreams at a personal level first. Nobody is just defined by the title on their business card.

If we create a real human connection first, the rest would be easy. Our marketing should be designed around humanity first.
